What is corporate merch printing at an event?

Instead of ordering a bulk run of branded shirts weeks ahead and hoping the sizes fit, we bring a live printing station to your company event. Employees choose their size and design at the table, and the piece is pressed on the spot. It turns handing out swag into an experience people actually stay for.

Is this only for huge companies?

No. We run stations for teams of 40 at a retreat and for all-hands gatherings of 1,000. Because we print to demand, a smaller team simply means a smaller station and a smaller budget — you are never stuck buying a 250-piece minimum from a wholesaler.

Can you match our brand colors and logo?

Yes. Our full-color DTF process reproduces gradients, photos, and exact Pantone-adjacent brand colors with no per-color surcharge. Send your logo lockups and we prep press-ready art before the event.

How far in advance should we book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for a standard company event so we can source blanks and finalize art. Peak holiday-party season (late November through December) books up early, so reach out sooner if your date is in Q4.
