Minimums

Is there a minimum order for event printing?

There is no minimum piece count. Because we print to demand, a 40-person retreat books the same way a 1,000-person all-hands does — just a smaller station and window.

No 250-piece minimums

Wholesale pre-orders force you into minimums — often 250 pieces or more — which is exactly the trap that leaves companies with boxes of unclaimed shirts. Live printing has no such floor. If 60 people show up, we print about 60 pieces. If 45 do, we print about 45. You never buy inventory you did not use.

The practical floor

What does have a floor is the station itself. A staffed setup carries a base cost regardless of piece count, so the smallest sensible booking is a single station for a shorter window. That is perfect for a small retreat, a leadership offsite, or a boutique gifting suite — you pay for the crew time and setup, not a pile of blanks.

Scaling up

From that single-station floor, everything scales cleanly: add stations and operators as headcount grows so the line stays short. There is no upper limit that scares us — we have staffed thousand-person events — and no lower limit that makes a small team not worth it.

We only have 50 people. Worth it?

Yes. A single station for a shorter window is a great fit for a 50-person team, and you avoid the wholesale minimums that would have you over-ordering by hundreds of pieces.

Is there a maximum you can handle?

No practical ceiling. We add stations and crew for large all-hands and festivals; the biggest programs just mean more setup and more operators.
